About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of TryBabydollDance at trybabydolldance.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by the site administrator ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@trybabydolldance.com.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

The Service

TryBabydollDance is an AI tool that turns 1 or 3 photos into a 15-second, vertical 9:16 Babydoll Dance video. Videos are generated by our AI provider, Kling AI. We may update, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. If we discontinue the Service, we will refund the unused videos in your balance.

TryBabydollDance is an independent creative tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the artists behind the Babydoll song or by TikTok.

Accounts

You can sign up with email or with Google. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@trybabydolldance.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Video Packs, Prices and Payment

• Videos are sold as one-time packs of 1, 3 or 5 videos. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Prices are shown in USD on the pricing section. Payments are processed by Stripe, and the total amount and currency are shown on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm.
• Each generation uses 1 video from your balance.
• Purchased videos must be used within 90 days of purchase. Unused videos expire after that.
• If a video fails to generate, it is added back to your balance automatically.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy:

• If you have not used any videos from a pack, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Videos that generated successfully are not refundable, because the compute cost has already been incurred.
• If a payment succeeded but a video stays stuck in processing, your balance was not restored after a failure, or a download link does not work, contact support@trybabydolldance.com and we will fix the problem, restore the video, or refund it.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or other rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Sound and Music

Every generated video includes the original alike Babydoll Dance sound, embedded in the downloaded MP4. This sound is provided only so the video matches the dance trend. Your purchase does not grant any license to the music or sound recording. You may not sell, distribute, or monetize the audio separately, and you are responsible for following the music rules of any platform where you post your video. Some platforms may mute or replace detected audio. You can replace the sound with audio you have the right to use.

Your Photos

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. Everyone pictured must be 18 or older and must have agreed to be animated. By uploading a photo, you confirm this and give us a limited license to store and process it, and to send it to our AI provider, only to create your video and run the Service. We do not use your photos to train our own models. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep them.

Your Rights to Generated Videos

Subject to these Terms, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes, including posting them on social media. We do not claim ownership of your videos. This license does not cover:

• the music or sound recording (see Sound and Music above);
• the likeness of any person pictured, which needs that person's permission;
• any third-party trademarks or other material in your photos.

AI-generated motion can change faces, clothing, hands, body proportions and timing. Results vary with the input photo and are not guaranteed to match it exactly. We do not guarantee that any particular use of a video is lawful in your country.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload photos of anyone under 18;
• animate anyone without their consent, or impersonate a real person in a misleading way;
• create content that harasses, threatens, sexualizes, defames or bullies anyone;
• create sexually explicit, violent, hateful or illegal content;
• use the Service for fraud, scams, deepfake deception or political disinformation;
• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• try to access our systems without permission, overload the Service, or get around usage limits.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities where required.

Reporting Misuse

If you see a video made from your photo without consent, or any other misuse, email support@trybabydolldance.com with the details and, if you have it, the video link. We review reports promptly, remove content that breaks these Terms, and may suspend the responsible account.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its website, software, design and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Service.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@trybabydolldance.com. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused videos in your balance.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of the Service is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

Before starting any formal dispute, please email support@trybabydolldance.com so we can try to resolve the problem informally.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the Service or by email. Changes do not affect purchases made before they take effect.
