• One-time packs of 1, 3 or 5 videos, charged once in USD through Stripe. No subscription.
• Purchased videos must be used within 90 days of purchase.
• Unused pack: full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Failed video: added back to your balance automatically.
• Successfully generated videos are not refundable.

Overview

TryBabydollDance sells one-time video packs for the Babydoll Dance AI Video Generator: 1, 3 or 5 videos. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Each generation uses 1 video from your balance. The total amount and currency are shown on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm payment.

Failed Generations

If a video fails to generate, it is added back to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

If your balance was not restored, contact support@trybabydolldance.com with your account email and we will restore the video manually.

Stuck Videos and Broken Downloads

If your payment succeeded but a video is still processing after 30 minutes, or a download link does not work, email support@trybabydolldance.com with your account email and order number. We will deliver the video, restore it to your balance, or refund it.

Unused Videos

Purchased videos can be used for 90 days. If you have not used any videos from a pack, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support. Unused videos expire after 90 days and are not refundable after expiry.

Used Videos

Videos that generated successfully are not refundable, because the compute cost has already been incurred. AI results vary with the input photo, so please review the photo tips on the homepage before generating.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@trybabydolldance.com or open a support ticket from your account dashboard, and include your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider, usually 5 to 10 business days.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
