What happens to your photos and videos on TryBabydollDance: who processes them, where they are stored, who can see them and when they are deleted.

Summary

  • Your photos are used only to create your Babydoll Dance video. We never sell them or use them to train our own AI models.
  • Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 and sent to Kling AI to generate the video.
  • Anyone you share a video link with can watch that video. Videos are not listed publicly.
  • Uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days and generated videos within 90 days. You can ask us to delete anything sooner at support@trybabydolldance.com.

Who We Are

TryBabydollDance (trybabydolldance.com) is operated by the site administrator, who is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email support@trybabydolldance.com.

Information We Collect

  1. Account information: your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
  2. Photos you upload: the photos you add to the generator, which may show your face and body and the faces and bodies of friends you add.
  3. Generated videos: the dance videos created from your photos.
  4. Purchase information: your order number, the pack you bought, the amount, currency and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
  5. Support messages: what you send us by email or support ticket.
  6. Technical data: IP address, device type, browser type and basic usage logs, used to run and secure the service.
  7. Cookies: cookies needed for sign-in and security, and, only if you accept them, analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.

How We Use Your Information

  • To create your videos and let you view and download them.
  • To run your account and video balance, process payments and send receipts.
  • To answer support requests and restore videos when a generation fails.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and non-consensual use of someone's likeness.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use your photos or videos for advertising, and we do not sell personal data.

Legal Bases (UK GDPR and EU GDPR)

  • Contract: processing your photos, videos, account and payments to provide the service you bought.
  • Legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing abuse and improving reliability.
  • Consent: optional analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: keeping payment and tax records.

Photos and Generated Videos

Photos you upload are used only to create your video. They are not used to train our own models. When you click Generate:

  1. Your photos are uploaded to our storage on Cloudflare R2.
  2. They are sent to our AI video provider, Kling AI (through the fal.ai platform), which creates the dance video. If you upload 3 photos, they are first combined into a single group image, and that step is also processed by our AI provider.
  3. The finished video is saved to your account under My Videos.

Who can see your videos: videos are reachable through private, hard-to-guess links. They are not listed on the website or in search engines, but anyone who has the link can watch the video. Only share a link with people you trust. Our staff access photos and videos only when needed for support, abuse reports or legal reasons.

Do not upload sensitive images, or photos of other people without their permission. Everyone pictured must be 18 or older.

Service Providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

  • Kling AI (accessed through the fal.ai platform): AI video generation. Receives: uploaded photos and the generation prompt. The finished video file is hosted by fal.ai and delivered through a private link.
  • Cloudflare (including R2): Website hosting, database and photo storage. Receives: All service data, including photos and account data.
  • Google: Sign-in with Google (optional). Receives: Sign-in request. Google shares your name, email and profile picture with us.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. Receives: Name, email, card details and billing address, entered directly with Stripe.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose data when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and others.

How Long We Keep Data

  • Uploaded photos: Deleted within 30 days of upload.
  • Generated videos: Up to 90 days after creation, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
  • Account data: Until you delete your account.
  • Payment and order records: As long as tax and accounting law requires, typically up to 7 years.
  • Support messages: Up to 2 years after the request is closed.
  • Backups: Deleted data is removed from backups within 30 days.

Our AI provider processes photos only to create your video and keeps them only as long as its own retention terms allow.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under UK GDPR, EU GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • access a copy of your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data (the "right to be forgotten");
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

How to exercise your rights: email support@trybabydolldance.com from the email address on your account and say what you want: for example, delete a specific video, delete all my photos, or delete my account. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We respond within 30 days and confirm by email when the request is complete.

If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the EU or EEA, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

International Data Transfers

Our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and other countries where they run servers. Where UK or EU data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or adequacy decisions, as offered by each provider.

Data Security

We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage of service secrets, access controls and limited staff access. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. Photos of minors are not allowed. If we learn that a photo of a minor was uploaded, we delete it.

Reporting Misuse

If you find a video created from your photo without your consent, email support@trybabydolldance.com with the video link or details. We review reports promptly and remove content that breaks our terms.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the service or by email.
